Access and Permitted Use

These Access and Permitted Use provisions are part of the Libreon Terms of Service (“TOS”). Unless otherwise defined here, terms used but not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the TOS.

1. Human Use Only — Authorized Accounts are for individual humans only.
2. No Automated Access — Access to the Services by bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated or non-human systems is strictly prohibited unless We provide express written permission.
3. Public Content Access — Crawlers (such as those operated by search engines) are permitted to index Public Content solely for search engine indexing, such indexing must not involve:
4. Repurposing or reselling the content,
5. Using it to train or test artificial intelligence or machine learning systems,
6. Using it to build commercial databases, archives, or derivative services.
7. Preview Content is not considered Public Content.
8. Unintentional Public Content — Content that is unintentionally exposed as Public Content, or Content which reasonably should be treated as Authorized Content, is still considered Authorized Content and subject to the same restrictions.
9. Access Does Not Equal Authorization — The ability to Access Authorized Content does not imply permission to use it as as Public Content.
10. No Use for AI or Machine Learning — You may not Content (whether Public or Authorized) to train, test, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without Our written permission and, when applicable, permission from the original content creator.
11. No Redistribution or Reuse — You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or otherwise reuse Content for any purpose without Our written permission and, when applicable, permission from the original content creator.
12. No Circumvention — You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, access controls or other protections associated with the Services.
13. Account Integrity — You may not share Your Account credentials or allow anyone else to access Your Account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under Your Account
14. No Reverse Engineering — You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover or reconstruct the source code, structure, processes, or algorithms behind the Services.
15. No Framing or Imitation — You may not imitate the look, structure, or functionality of the Services, or present Our content in a misleading, unauthorized, or deceptive manner.
16. Monitoring and Enforcement — We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor use of the Services, review any accessed or submitted content, and restrict or revoke Access for violations of this Agreement or for any activity harmful to the Services or other Users.
